Job Summary

The Shift Manager performs deployment and development of efficient work methods by collaborating with team members to increase productivity while maintaining strong safety and high quality records.

What you will do

As a Shift Leader, you will:

  • Assign tasks to each member of team based on their competencies and needs of department to meet production goals
  • Arrange and allocate manpower on shift to ensure enough resources for shift to meet production schedule
  • Ensure products produced with high quality, productivity and efficiency
  • Be responsible for loss control and production cost
  • Address and resolve customer’s complaints and together with team prepare preventive actions to issues
  • Ensure work station is well organized and good in housekeeping to adhere with high quality standards and HSE requirements
  • Coordinate with process management team to implement changes and improvement
  • Ensure the accuracy of all production reports
  • Heavily involve in leading, motivating and training team
  • Participate in other pillar activities of factory
  • Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

We believe you have

  • At least 4-5 years experience at production area. 
  • Strong background in WCM analysis and tools.
  • Analtical and expert in Process Parameters measurement and improvement technciques.
  • Preferred experience in Quality/ Other Production process/ Maintenance or WCM.
