Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Cell Manager Coating who will coordinate all other functions in factory to plan, organize and control production in overall operations/ specific process to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard.

What you will do

As a Process Cell Manager Coating, you will:

  • Coordinate with all supporting functions in factory to ensure smooth production
  • Arrange production according to customer requirement and set quality and safety standards
  • Responsible for production process training and supervise the execution status
  • Manage production team and responsible for team training needs and employee development
  • Responsbile for environmental factors identification, assessment, control and management
  • Provide technical support and lead to solve technical problems in production process
  • Participate and promote in WCM activities and skills in production/ process team

We believe you have

  • At least 5-6 years experience at managing production or a technical area or a small team.
  • Strong TPM or WCM experience and mechanical background.                           
  • Basic Knowledge of Tetra Pak production processes
  • With multi-process experience will be an added advantage
