Role: On Site Services Analyst II -Binh Duong

This role will involve travel to Ho Chi Minh office as per buisness need 

Our Global Information Management, On Site Services Team, which is responsible for local IT support is looking for an experienced On Site Services Analyst to join their team and be responsible for on-site IT services in Binh Duong, Vietnam.

Our existing team operates world-wide and is responsible for the proper IT operations at our factories and market offices.
 

What you will do

In this role, you will focus on reactive and proactive handling of user requests & incidents regarding the standard IT platform and you will be responsible for:

• Delivering and installing requested IT functionality to the users at local and remote sites;
• Install and support client systems regarding software and hardware;
• Participate to the maintenance of the infrastructure such as the network, the printers or the servers and assist the purchasing of the requested hardware and software; handle incidents and service requests, following our processes, policies and SLAs and hold basic trainings to the end-users.

As a long-term perspective, your responsibility will be to contribute with ideas to the improvement of the IT situation in the company and to implement solutions. You will coordinate local IT related projects from technical aspect and participate in Global projects.

The position will be based in Binh Duong, Vietnam and requires 10% of travelling
 

We believe you have

Education and Language:

• You should have a Technical vocation, and your English skills are very good, both spoken and written. Experience as IT Analyst language skills we will see it as advantage. 

Professional Skills and Experience:

To be a successful IT Analyst in our team you should already:

• Have at least 2 years’ experience related to IT;

• You are already familiar with Tetra Pak standard platforms (Microsoft, Cisco, HP, etc.).

• Understanding concepts of Microsoft AD, Microsoft SCCM, Windows Server,  Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows client OS, VMWare and Microsoft virtual systems, networking and VoIP technology.

• You can troubleshoot Microsoft systems

• Preferably you have already worked onsite but also provided support remotely. Obtaining a certification in ITIL v3 is advantageous. 

Personal Qualifications

• You have outstanding communication skills and you can build good relationships with the business. You are hands-on, proactive, flexible, but in the same time you are following the rules, processes and policies
