Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

What you will do

As a Future Talent - WCM Engineer, you will:

Process Engineering:

  • Design, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and technical standards.
  • Hands-on process activities
  • Interested in process deep learning and running machine

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify improvement opportunities using Lean, Kaizen, SMED, PDCA, 5W1H, 4M5W.
  • Lead or support improvement projects to reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance safety.
  • Monitor KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.

Data Analysis & Problem Solving:

  • Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and root causes.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions for process deviations.
  • Excellence in build up the tool such as PowerBI, PowerApp to play with data
    Collaboration & Training:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, …etc).
  • Train operators and team members on new processes and improvement tools.

Innovation & Sustainability:

  • Ensure improvements align with business goals and sustainability targets.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in process engineering.

We believe you have

  • You have a Bachelor or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Food technology or Manufacturing Engineering (Graduated 2024-2025)
  • Less than 1 year of working experience
  • Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, and process optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software such as PowerBI, Power App,..etc.
  • Strong leadership potential and continuous learning mindset
  • Loss intelligence mindset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
