Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Binh Duong, Vietnam
What you will do
As Automation Engineer, you will:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions for processes and systems to improve quality, productivity and reliability
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams (Production, Quality, IT, Maintenance, etc.) to understand requirements and deliver effective automation solutions
- Analyse manual or semi‑automated workflows and identify opportunities for optimization through automation
- Ensure automation solutions meet performance, reliability, safety, and compliance standards
- Monitor automated systems, diagnose and resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support projects where automation solutions are required, from concept to implementation
- Develop and maintain documentation including automation designs, standards, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure improvements align with business goals and sustainability targets
- Stay up to date with emerging automation technologies, tools, and methodologies to support future improvements
- Train operators and team members on new automation solutions, system improvements, and new technologies
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s degree (or expected degree) in:
- Automation/ Mechatronics Engineering
- Fundamental knowledge of:
- Automation concepts and control logic
- Programming PLC, HMI, SCADA (PLC languages, VBScript, C/C++, Python…)
- Basic software development or system integration principles
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and domains
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
