Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Binh Duong, Vietnam

What you will do

As Automation Engineer, you will:

  • Maintain Master Data in APO and SAP
  • Calculate Material Requirement, analyze stock level and communicate with production planning for supply shortage risk
  • Monthly rolling forecast to supplier
  • Place order/call off to supplier and shipping forwarder, monitor shipments and update delivery date/qty if necessary.
  • Schedule orders according factory capacity, factory project schedule, constraints, block sequence priority, order ETD request, production lead time etc.
  • Create monthly optimal block plan sequence in proplanner and Cplan
  • Monitor KPIs and improve on their losses
  • Planning master data maintenance
  • Member of appropriate pillar

We believe you have

  • You have a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering(Graduated 2024-2025)
  • 1 year of working experience in Automation
  • You have a deep interest in environmental automation or engineering. 
  • You are fluent in English, written and spoken. 
  • You are flexible/mobile and willing to relocate during internal rotations
  • You have good communications skills, written and spoken
  • Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
