Job Summary

Tetra Pak is looking for a Factory Director Assistant who provides quality administrative and project support to the business operations functions.  Candidate who has lateral thinking, solid relevant experience, a can-do attitude, excellence in service and a desire for variety and pace will ensure success in the role. 

This is the permanent role based in Binh Duong Factory, Vietnam.

What you will do

  • Raise purchase requisitions in SAP Ariba and SAP, monitoring progress of requests through the purchase to pay process, escalating and pushing where required. 
  • Research, plan, book and manage catering for internal meetings and events. 
  • Create meetings (including video conferences) in Outlook, booking rooms in different locations/countries, understanding time-zone differences and checking room facilities. 
  • Create and manage teams, channels, project documents and artifacts in MS Teams. 
  • Meticulously and confidently format MS Word documents. 
  • Assist with events management, marketing and communications activities, and travel bookings.
  • Experience in immigration is a plus
  • Take initiative and ownership of special administration projects befitting your interests and expertise. 
  • Add value and quality to the administration services of Tetra Pak . 
  • Manage Internal Communication platform and coordinate on content building to convey the consistent messages within the organization and advise on which to go viral, supporting for external communication
  • Other admin related tasks as required/directed. 
     

We believe you have

  • Work experience in large company/ies essential.  Global/multinational experience preferred
  • Intermediate to Advanced user of the MS Office suite 
  • Experience in SAP / SAP Ariba highly advantageous 
  • Essential qualities include:  strong commitment to service, positive, can handle volume and pace, able to run many tasks (often unrelated) simultaneously, lateral thinker / natural problem-solver, ability to maturely accept direction and feedback, meets deadlines, shows initiative, can work autonomously, high attention to detail, professional appearance and presentation, ability to conduct oneself in a manner befitting all levels of the organization. 
  • Formal business-related qualification preferred (diploma or higher).  Will consider directly relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications
