Job Summary

To apply and teach WCM knowledge and methodology to support the results in the respective factory, and work with and support WCM Manager and the pillar to achieve overall process and factory KPIs.

What you will do

  • Administration and analytical support to WCM Manager and Pillar Leaders

  • WCM activity governance like KPI deployments/Kaizen Teams/Training Executions

  • Drive & support KPI topics with Kaizen Team

  • Benchmarking with other pillars and factories

  • WCM tools and mindset promotion; be the expert for 3 or above advanced WCM tools with the ability to train others

  • Guiding operators and production associates in WCM training and tools

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent

  • At least 3 years in WCM/ Production/ Maintenance/ Quality functions as an engineer or process expert in factory

  • PDCA mindset, knowledge of issue analysis tools

  • Good coordination & communication skills with ability to influence cross-function colleagues

  • Critical Thinking with good execution

  • Fluent English, Japanese will be a plus.

  • Experience of participating and leading WCM teams will be a plus
