Job Summary

Be responsible for Process line in terms of efficient and effective running of the process.  To perform the analysis of the losses in the Process and propose actions derived from analysis to improve equipment effeinecy

What you will do

  • Be responsible for the autonomous maintenance for whole process.

  • Drive operators to improve machine performance and maintain machine condition.

  • Monitor the result of process key performance indicators (KPIs)such as tags, PODAR and CIL execution rate.

  • Take prompt actions to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency etc.

  • Coordinate among different working processes of the whole production line.

  • Working site management and be responsible for safety. 

  • WCM Activities in the Factory, support pillar progress and participate WCM pillar activity.

We believe you have

  • At least 4-5 years’experience at production area.

  • Strong background in WCM/TPM analysis and tools.

  • Analytical and expert in Process Parameters measurement and improvement techniques.

  • Preferred experience in Machine Maintenance.
