Production Engineer Work Location: Beijing_China

A Production Engineer will work closely with production process cell members and shopfloor employees, developing strong problem-solving and people management skills while continuously driving improvements to achieve KPI targets. Based in Beijing, you will report to the Production Manager. 

What you will do

  • Deeply studying and understanding the factory's operational departments and working methods.

  • Collaborating with the shopfloor and supporting the management team to achieve factory KPI targets.

  • Partnering with cell members to deliver training and manage shopfloor employees.

  • Continuously improving production equipment and process performance using WCM methodology.

  • Quickly responding to production issues, including product quality and machine efficiency, leading issue analysis, and implementing corrective actions.

  • Participating in daily WCM activities and JIPM audit events.

We believe you have

  • Recent graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or individuals with less than two years of work experience.

  • Good English skills and able to use office software well.

  • Thinks creatively and learns quickly.

  • Curious and excited about work, ready to take on new tasks.

  • Likes to study and solve problems, self-motivated, and focused on goals.

  • Stays positive when facing problems.
