Job Summary

Our Future Talent Programme (Leadership Track) is a 1.5-year program that will develop your leadership skills and broad business knowledge in a truly international environment. Every year, new graduates around the globe start their careers at Tetra Pak and have the chance to make a difference and influence our company’s development. You will work in various parts of Tetra Pak, gain valuable & exciting experience from a network of colleagues worldwide, and be given the opportunity to develop into the company’s “tomorrow” leadership.

Business Development Specialist responsible for new business and new customer development to contribute sales growth for BD department and whole company. You will be the frontline of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable growth through boosting sales, forming strong relationships with clients.
Business Development Specialist work location: Beijing

 

What you will do

  • Implement the company's strategy, use various channels to actively develop new business and new customers, establish good relations with customers, and achieve sales targets

  • Research market trends, find new business growth points, dig and understand new customer needs, and provide solutions for them.

  • Proficient in the company's packaging and filling product knowledge, through various forms of customer visits and communication, to achieve product promotion and sales. 

  • Prepare business contracts, conduct business negotiations, complete contract signing, and complete product delivery and collection in accordance with the contract requirements.

  • Establish, maintain and update new customer information in CRM.

  • Analyze and sort out new business and new customers, complete regular business reports.

We believe you have

  • Bachelor or Master degree, major in business administration, marketing, engineering, food, packaging or related is preferred

  • Curious and passionate about work, innovative thinking, quick learning and problem-solving ability

  • Good at dealing with people from different backgrounds and able to travel frequently

  • Able to self-motivated and pursue goals, able to work with team and independently as well

  • College English level 6 or above proficient in English and computer skills
