Job Summary

Drive Order Management and Design handling operational performance within a assigned portfolio of customers and work on a continuous improvement approach towards process improvement opportunities

What you will do

  • Executes order management, design administration and forecasting end user role
  • Secures supply chain Package Material / Additional Material order fulfillment
  • Participates in WCM teams and drive continuous improvements
  • Utilize company resources and demand effective methods to improve customer experience

We believe you have

  • Good communication skill for both of customer and internal.
  • Optimistic/ Patience/Team work, 
  • Requires knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline and some specific technical/operational practices built through limited job experience. 
  • 2 years operational experience in the area of expertise
  • Experience on SAP system operation, at least 2 years
  • Excellent on Microsoft excel, good on word, PPT
  • Workable on English;
  • Prefer skill on Excel VBA, power BI, power automate
