Job Summary

 

We are looking for Package Performance Engineer who will be primary customer contact & responsible for Primary package, packaging materials (include additional materials) and secondary packaging issues and claim settlement. Work both reactively & proactively towards customer 

What you will do

 


As our Package Performance Engineer, you will; 

 

  • Primary contact with your designated customer /customers staff and relevant colleagues for Primary Package & Packaging Material /Additional Material issues  
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis with aid of problem solving methodologies with responsibility of data quality and relevant sample collections and analysis, leading to clear root cause statement 
  • Drive and support, in agreement with the Key Account Management team, the communication with customers on Primary Package & Packaging Material /Additional Material issues  
  • Decide and support in settling packaging material and package performance related claims 
  • Support Issue resolution leader in developing and implementing
  • Conduct relevant basic customer training and support related to Packaging Material /Additional Material.

We believe you have

 

  • Minimum 3 years in a customer support /customer contact role
  • Exceptional communication skills, with ability to prioritize competing escalations.
  • Passion for solving customer issues and advocating for their success, in a fast paced, highly technical environment.
  • Excellent relationship management, customer service and communication skills in variety of forms (written, live chat, conference calls, in-person.)
  • Ability to remain calm, composed and articulate when dealing with tough customer situations
  • Ability to analyze system and network diagnostics to clearly articulate issue to customer and internal cross-functional team
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
