What you will do

As our Marketing Analyst you will close collaboration with regional teams, including planning and briefing calls responsibility (focusing on customer’s requirements and expectations). You will work with internal and external sources to create, plan and facilitate the customer visit meetings and support key account teams, subject matter experts (internally), as well as customers, contractors, suppliers (externally) at all levels and in multiple geographies.. Your responsibilities will include;

  • Overall evaluation, planning and organization of the customer visits.
  • Identification and commitment of SMEs for each visit. 
  • Manage pre-engagement arrangements prior to the start of the meeting, which includes the cleaning and set up.
  • Organize logistical support during visit (including for last minute and flexible schedule changes).
  • General administration, ordering of catering and invoicing support of the customer visits.
  • Assist with any ad hoc customers or internal team requests
  • Preparation of the materials and presenting at the meetings.
  • Actively take part and facilitate the customer meetings.
  • Visits statistics and feedback analytics.
  • Continuous improvement of visit planning and facilitation.

We believe you have

  • Recent graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or individuals with less than two years of work experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and networking skills
  • Ability to plan and work as per stringent deadlines
  • Assertive and has detail orientation in the work with high degree of accuracy
  • Customer-centric approach.
