Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive (CSE), who will act as the key contact towards our customers regarding secures supply chain of Packaging Material (PM) / Additional Material (AM) order fulfillment which includes Order management, design administration, invoicing, claim administration and logistics. The position is characterized by its coordinative nature and its many external and internal contacts, which place a great demand on your ability to create a work structure in which to deliver a high service level to our customers.
In this role you will be an individual contributor based in Bangkok, Thailand and report to the Customer Service and Design Manager. 

What you will do

As Customer Service Executive, you will


  • Act as the link between our Converting Factories and our customers, making sure that we are delivering according to our customer’s material demands.
  • Manage customer’s orders, and be responsible for order selection and prioritization, follow up end to end order performance (Perfect Order index)
  • Plan order deliveries for customer and secure on time arrival
  • Responsible for invoices system processing quality
  • Monitor safety stock level and support account team to minimize finished goods stock
  • Follow-up on packaging material claim compensation handling to customer
  • Maintain a continuous communication with Key Account teams regarding supply chain issues with customers
  • Contribute to improve the rolling forecast accuracy by consolidating information from customers
  • Improve Customer Experience Survey of Supply Chain touch points

We believe you have

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or relevant field.
  • Few years of experience in a similar role (Order Management /Supply Chain/ Planner /Logistics function).
  • Knowledge Supply Chain process and impact on customers
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with internal and external customers
  • Ability to work together with other team members, exchanging information and supporting colleagues to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Very good command in both Thai & English.
