Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive  who will be the key operative contact for all PM and AM order fulfillment related aspects. In this role you will be the core member of Key Account Team, drives continuous improvement on service level and customer loyalty (supply chain related), while securing proper supply chain integration and efficiency. 
This position will be based at our Bangalore Office .

What you will do



As Customer Service Executive you will :


  • Secures supply chain PM / AM order fulfillment: Order management, design administration, logistics, invoicing, claim administration.
  • Active member of KA team
  • Understand the customers' supply chain, and plan SC PM & AM related actions, in the Key Account plan.
  • Identifies and drives 'easy-to-do-business' strategy according to customer's needs and profile: VMR, e-business, B2Bi
  • Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement on PM and AM supply chain service level
  • Executes all order management and design administration activities
  • Secures claim follow-up and administration for PM and AM 
  • Together with KAM, secure accurate Sales Forecasting (3 months focus and co-planning with customers) and update all required periods
  • Apply collaborative planning to secure supply chain PM efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement of Finished Goods inventory level; take ownership and promote Make to Order / direct flow or VMR when applicable.
  • Develop customer understanding and relationships 
  • Provides supply chain expertise/value to support new product development / launch
  • Drive increased productivity 

Who you are


We believe you have:


  • 2-5 years experience on the same position (Freshers with flair for Customer Serice are also ok, if found suitable)
  • Bachelor or University Degree 
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written (few other languages can be an added advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office application and SAP system
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain process and impact to customers 
  • Customer and details oriented
  • Communication : Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with internal and external customers
  • Team player : ability to work together with other team members, exchanging information and supporting colleagues to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Thoroughness : is able to compete tasks responsibly, successfully and with carefulness required in the job
  • Problem solving : is able to solve problems analytically, systematically and logically
  • Proactive : is able to pre-empt issues and work to solve it
