Office Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator, to be based in our Auckland office.
As an Office Administrator you will Support senior management to create an optimised organisation and business agenda including all related activities. 
A key focus will be to provide support to our finance team, as well as high quality general office administration support as needed, resulting in a high level of satisfaction of the stakeholder you support.
This is a permanent part time (50%/20 hours per week role), where you’ll be expected to be available 4 days a week.

What you will do
As an Office Administrator, you will:
- Provide accounts department assistance with data entry & accounting admin tasks [such as processing expenses & supplier invoices, and help with payroll/ timesheet data entry]
- Provide administrative support and manage multiple activities and projects 
- Work with and support managers at all levels. Must be able to adapt support and communication accordingly.
- Undertake duties as requested by our finance manager (your direct line manager), and business leaders
- Provide general office admin support, from general facilities support through to arranging staff travel
- Actively participate in & guide business administration projects
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, when required:
      External: liaising with relevant suppliers & customers 
      Internal: local & regional stakeholders 

Who you are
We believe you have:
- An understanding of basic accounting principals is required
- Proven experience in providing accounting support
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Business Applications: word, excel
- A willingness to take on ad hoc projects, as needed
- A mature & confident approach when engaging with multiple stakeholders
- Positive energy & a ‘can do’ attitude when taking on day to day challenges
- An ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
