Job Summary
Tetra Pak South Europe Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Manager who will be based in Athens and will be responsible for the marketing activities in Greece and Cyprus.
You will have the opportunity to work in an energetic and inspiring team, working in direct contact with our customers and collaborating with many other functions within the Market company (Sales, CommsOp, Sustainability…) and with Central teams (Market Operations and Packaging Solutions).
The position reports to the South Europe Marketing Director.
What you will do
- Analyze the market (competition, customers and consumers) to identify relevant trends and dynamics in the assigned geographies
- Define the category strategy in line with South Europe Market plan and Tetra Pak ambitions
- Support customers growth by providing insights, data, innovation pipeline information and ideation workshops in collaboration with central MSV (Marketing Services) teams. You will also be responsible for identifying joint marketing activities with customers where a shared marketing objective exists
- Actively participate in Key Accounts Plans
- Support Business development function vis a vis new prospects and new categories
- Identify portfolio solutions to address customers’ needs short and mid-term
- Support local sustainability initiatives involving customers and secure constant alignment with Comms Op plan
We believe you have
- Excellent command of Greek and fluency in English, both written and spoken
- University/college degree or equivalent qualification. MBA considered a plus
- 8-10 years of working experience in Marketing B2B and/or B2C; FMCG experience a plus
- Computer skills on a high level in Excel, PowerPoint and Retail tracking data
- Digital literate
- Driving license required

You have good leadership and influencing skills, a well rounded business outlook and value chain expertise.
You’re able to engage with people at all levels in a natural and collaborative way and you have strong communication skills, equally adaptable in written/verbal communication and presentation situations.
