Job Summary
We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator, who will execute all warehouse and intralogistics administrative activities. Execute the warehouse transactions for loading and unloading, receiving and issuing, locating, storage and picking finished goods, BaseMat and factory consumables. Support improving safety, service, quality and cost, including storage capacity utilization.
You will be based in Arganda del Rey, Spain.
What you will do
- Run activities to ensure goods receipts from suppliers and deliveries to customer: Fill proper documentation for all goods in/out of factory (e.g., invoices, customs documentation)
- Run proper analyses to support or resolve issues that might arise with port/customs.
- Run process in order to deliver to customer.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Team, Supply Chain Control Tower and Planning Hubs to secure customer deliveries and production supply.
- Bring suggestion to continuous improvement for the areas with participating in WCM teams and improvement activities in Warehouse & material handling (intralogistics)
- Promote workplace and material handling safety, execute stock/inventory management (incl. cycle stock take) and Dock and Yard management: administration
- Secure compliance to regulations and procedures regarding certifications (as BRC, FDA, SGI, FSC, OEA, ISO as well as internal storage and loading instructions)
We believe you have
- Completed bachelors degree in electrical or electronics engineering or a technical diploma or equivalent
- 02-05 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Knowledge in administrative warehouse and intralogistics operational practicesExperience in relevant IT platforms (SAP, OTM, P2, BO, …)
- Good communication skills both in Spanish and English
- Desired knowledge and experience: min 1–2 years in logistics administration
