Job Summary

Within the Converting Factory of Tetra Pak in Arganda del Rey (Madrid) we are now looking for a WCM (World Class Manufacturing) Coordinator who will support the organisation to achieve targets and sustain the gains through WCM Implementation. In the role you will support WCM implementation within Factory, coordinate indirectly teams and work at the WCM execution according to the Factory strategy. 

What you will do

  • Participate, support and audit WCM improvement teams and pillars.
  • Support development of autonomous teams and applications of DMS within production unit.
  • Contribute to WCM capability planning and execution.
  • Contribute to production key performance indicators.
  • Member of Steering Committee.
  • Promote innovative operational solutions.
  • Support benchmarking and cross-fertilization between organisations.

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering field.
  • Spanish must be your first language, but you must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.  
  • Desirable to have 2 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Processes and in the application of continuous improvement methodologies (WCM, TPM, Lean manufacturing, etc.)
  • To be successful in this role you are a person who delivers results and can work autonomously as well as together with people all over the organization, exchanging information and supporting colleagues to achieve personal and team goals.
  • You also have a systematic approach to problem solving and the ability to create strong partnership with our stakeholders on Continuous Improvement plans and activities.
