Job Summary

Within the Finance and Supplier Management Department we are now looking for a Treasury and Credit Control Analyst who will have the responsibility to support Sales team, contact with customers on a daily basis to follow up the collections, have relation with banks, and provide requested information from internal and external stakeholders.
The position is permanent, based in Arganda Del Rey, Spain and will report to the Treasury & Collection Manager for Iberia market.

What you will do

Credit & Collection:

  • You will be part of KAM team’s daily counterpart in credit control and collection
  • You will be the main responsible for Account Receivables (e.g. reconciliation, auditor’srequest, overview and follow up of A/R ageing analysis, adhoc investigations, etc..)
  • You will follow up Direct Debit and prepare files and send to the customer to collect invoices
  • You will ensure that group policies and guidelines regarding credit control and collections are applied
  • You will participate in improvement projects for local companies or customers
  • You will analyse customer’s Statutory Accounts and evaluate customer risks

Treasury:

  • You will support for Cash Management Optimization and participate to local projects related to cash management
  • You will be involved in financing questions for local companies or customers
  • You will be Global Treasury operational counterpart for financing and forex handling and insurance
  • You will manage cash pools and internal bank systems, and control bank guarantees
  • You will support cash flow forecasts

We believe you have

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics or similar
  • Experience of at least 2 years in Finance, Treasury, Credit Control, etc
  • Fluency in Spanish and in English in speaking and writing
  • You are an expert user of Microsoft Office applications, experience in SAP/BO/BOFC will be considered as a plus
  • You are a good team player, with strong communication skills and the ability to interact with different stakeholders at many levels
  • Analytical and result oriented, with a solid and systematic approach to tasks
