Our Services Sales Department in Arganda del Rey, Spain is looking for a driven and committed:

 

     Services Sales SpecialistUpgrades

 

Tetra Pak Europe & Central Asia supplies and installs processing and packaging equipment and after sales service to producers of food products.

Key Responsibilities

  • To be responsible and drive the sales development of Tetra Pak Upgrades within the Market. 
  • To be recognised by customers and Tetra Pak colleagues as the key contact for upgrades business and delivery of solutions.
  • To provide technical support to customers and colleagues during the sales phase and to give an appropriate handover for the implementation phase.
  • Customer action-planning including visits, phone and mail contacts.
  • To identify opportunities, define customer requirements, review & collaborate quotations and negotiate orders, in line with agreed targets.
  • Produce & deliver quotations.
  • Collaborate with Tetra Pak Service and Sales departments.
  • To keep customers and colleagues informed of developments in upgrade services.
  • To drive and development the Upgrades business at Market level.

We expect you to have:

  • Recognised engineering qualifications.
  • Knowledge in Processing Engineering and Equipments will be necessary.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English are a must, Portuguese will be valued. 
  • Good knowledge and proven technical understanding of service platforms, system design, Network infrastructure & service product equipment selection used within the liquid food industry.
  • Min. 4-5 years of experience and technical knowledge is a must. Sales experience will be well valued.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Good communication skills and leadership capacity.
  • Willingness to travel 50-70% of working time.
