Our On-Site Services Team which is responsible for local IT support for the South of Europe and Central Asia Cluster is looking for an experienced On Site Services Analyst 

to join their team and be responsible for on-site IT services in Arganda del Rey- Spain.
Our existing team operates in Serbia, Italy, Portugal and Spain and is responsible for the proper IT operation at our factories and market companies in South-East Europe, Iberia and Italy.

In this role, you will focus on reactive and proactive handling of user incidents regarding the standard IT platform and you will be responsible for:

  • delivering and installing requested IT functionality to the users at local and remote sites;
  • install and support client systems regarding software and hardware;
  • design and maintain network infrastructure and assist the purchasing of the requested hardware and software;
  • handle incidents and service requests, following our processes, policies and SLAs and hold basic trainings to the end-users.

As a long-term perspective, your responsibility will be to contribute with ideas to the improvement of the IT situation in the company and to implement solutions. You will lead smaller local projects from technical aspect, participate in cluster projects and implement Global projects locally.

The position will be based in Arganda (Spain) and requires 15% of travelling

Qualifications

Education and Language
You should have a Technical vocation, and your Spain and English skills are excellent, both spoken and written. Experience as OSS Analyst we will see as advantage.

Professional Skills and Experience

To be a successful IT Analyst in our team you already have at least 2 years’ experience related to IT. You are already familiar with Tetra Pak standard platforms (Microsoft, Lenovo, etc.). You have a good knowledge of Microsoft AD, Microsoft SCCM, Windows Server 2012, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Office (advanced in Power Point and Excel), Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows XP, VMWare and Microsoft virtual systems, networking and VoIP technology. You are able to troubleshoot Microsoft systems, Apple systems, Microsoft and Adobe client applications, mobile platforms (iOS and Windows).
Preferably you have already worked onsite but also provided support remotely. Obtaining a certification in ITIL v3 is definitely advantageous.

Personal Qualifications
You have outstanding communication skills and you can build good relationships with the business. You are hands-on, proactive, but in the same time you are following the rules, processes and policies.
