Job Summary

At Tetra Pak Spain we are now looking for a Marketing Specialist. In this position, you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager and provide support for key accounts and customers, in the Dairy category.
You will have the responsibility to lead the approach to categories development by identifying category opportunities within the framework of customers, segments, channels and business intelligence, to enable Tetra Pak to achieve our growth and market share ambitions.


This is a permanent position based in Arganda Del Rey, Spain.

What you will do

As Marketing Specialist in this position, you will: 

  • Analyse and understand relevant market trends and dynamics, sharing them with both customers and the commercial team
  • Develop segmentation/positioning tools and models that can be used to highlight opportunities for customers
  • Be responsible for category promotional investment budget
  • Follow up and support on promotional investment campaigns for customers, following the guidelines and procedures.
  • Develop and participate in webinars related to the category
  • Organize events to improve customer experience

We believe you have

  • University degree in Marketing, Economics or Engineering 
  • Good English and fluent Spanish communication skills both in written and spoken
  • Min. 4 years of experience within Marketing/Product Management in food FMCG
  • Ability to work together with other stakeholders, by demonstrating strong informal authority abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong negotiation skills which support you to drive decisions effectively
  • Open-minded and flexible attitude, strong customer orientation and focus
  • Analytical mind, systematic and able to prioritize effectively 
  • Experience in Communication, which will be considered as advantage
