Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our site in Spain. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. Your main responsibility will be to define and deliver automation solutions based on PLC, SCADA, and Industrial Networks in virtual environments, ensuring a high level of integration and information exchange with databases. You will be responsible for a part of an automation project in technical aspects, guided by our senior Automation Team Members. We are looking for a technically oriented profile with a passion for innovation and a drive to excel in the field of automation; the position is based in Arganda del Rey (Madrid).
What you will do
- Overall project support for automation & electrical design (low voltage panels)
- Siemens PLC & InTouch SCADA programming are the most common in our business.
- Project quality assurance, by using of proper FAT tests and validation tests protocol.
- Support designing and reviewing all the technical documentation, as per, automation architecture, IP lists, electrical diagrams, instrumentation, operator manual, etc.
- Overall project support for automation & electrical (low voltage panels) design
- Build and maintain a good customer relation and work proactively with quick analysis, decisions and actions.
- Under commissioning phase, support the automation, electrical & instrumentation setup, as well as be support for troubleshooting
- Collaboration within the market area and region (EUROPE)
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation or Electronics Engineering field (Graduated 2024-2025)
- Fluent Spanish, a very good command of English, both written and verbal is a must. Portuguese and/or Italian will be evaluate positively.
- Knowledge or basic work experience in PLC, SCADAs programming and commissioning for processing plants, skills in one or some of the following systems: Siemens (S7, TIA Portal), Intouch, WinCC, Ignition.
- Knowledge or basic work experience in MES System, Virtualization VMWare, Industrial Network integration, are highly appreciated
- Good communications skills and team player attitude
- Logical, methodical thinking, ability to follow standard processes
- Highly target and result focused and quality
- Highly flexible and self-motivated.
- Proactivity, commitment to troubleshooting system problems
- Willing to travel within Spain and foreign countries (around 30% of time).
