Job Summary

 

We are looking for an AM Trainee to join Tetra Pak factory based in Spain, Arganda del Rey. This is a paid 6-month internship, contracted through the Business School or University agreement; therefore, a valid student status is a must for this position.  

What you will do

 

During this internship, you will be actively involved in

 

  • Documentation management:
    • Creation and management of procedures and OPL´s, Good Practices of the AM Pillar, of inspection standards, CIL plans, quality matrices, skills matrices 
    • AM audits calendar creation & follow up and AM Pillar presentations

 

  • Participation and support in the activities of the AM pillar (monitoring of indicators, methodology, use of tools and external and internal audits of the pillar)
    • Participation and support in the activities of the cell and the DMS, in the printing DMS
    • Monitoring and updating of the Pillar indicators
    • Preparation of minutes of the meetings of the pillar
    • Support to operators in the revision and update of the machine boards and the DMS
    • Focus on the audit system of the AM and 5S groups
    • Tagging system in both Power BI and SAP. Labeling system-specific breakdowns and indicators
    • Specific support in printing in the development of steps 1-4 of the methodology
    • Participation in improvement groups with Kaizen methodology from other pillars
    • Preparation / presentation of AM groups and audits of the AM pillar (internal audits and cross audits)

  • Management of local applications FDM, CQC, SLC, Power BI and SAP (labeling system) for updating data
  • Training for temporary people in tagging system
  • Developing skills (teamwork, commitment, initiative, self-learning, communication and presentation skills)

We believe you have

 

 

  • Active student status at a university or Higher Educational / Business School in Spain within the Industrial Engineering / Quality / Manufacturing area
  • Fluent language skill in Spanish and a good communication skill in English (writing and oral) 
  • Strong interest and passion to learn more about AM pillars and techniques applied within an Industrial manufacturing
  • Keen eye for details and highly responsible person
