Job Summary
We are now searching for an Sales Manager to join us in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
In this role you will be independently driving the business growth in a specific territory within a market company. Based on industry mapping you will identify, prioritize, and pursue business opportunities with new customer prospects and secure future business.
You will also develop, and drive execution of prospect account plan aligned to Tetra Pak and customer business objectives.
This role is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
What you will do
As Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Relevant industry mapping (within the assigned territory) and creation of prospection plan
- Sales Management Relationship Management
- Lead the sales to identified prospects in the assigned territory
- Identify customer needs and drive opportunities in line with Tetra Pak global business strategy, category, portfolio, processing and TS plans
- Sales Forecasting: Secure accurate Sales Forecasting for assigned Account. Ensure that Account receivable expectations are met for Account
- Coordinate cross functional activities: Ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, and the resolution is accepted by the customer
- Work closely with Parts Supply, Service Delivery, Finance and other departments to assure smooth operations
To be successful in this role we believe you have
• Minimum 2 years of Sales/Business Development experience with industrial equipment
• Successful track record of sales
• Understanding of local market / customers / categories mapping to identify opportunities.
• Technical background is mandatory
• Fluency in Russian and English is a must
• Strong demonstration of Value Selling
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Knowledge in Technical Service and Food Processing is highly preferred.
• Adherence to commercial compliance
• Strong customer service skills, a drive for results and the ability to priorities and deliver what is needed
• Experience in an engineering or maintenance environment is a plus
• Positive attitude, Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic character
• You need to be a team-player and be successful in building good relationships with colleagues.
