Job Summary

Overview of the Position & Responsibilities:

The position reports directly to the Marketing Director.

Marketing Manager will be working within the marketing team in TIRCCA, based in Kazakhstan and having customer facing responsibility. The role doesn't cover to supervise others. But the position requires working in the key account teams, thus requires effectively managing across functions

Marketing Manager plays important role in defining and identifying growth opportunities in LDP, JNSD and other categories to drive growth of the market with the main responsibility of preparing the annual category/marketing plan and driving execution of it through account teams and customers.

What you will do

Develop integrated understanding of market opportunities and apply to customer business

•           Deliver in depth understanding of market facts and trends to identify further business opportunities for customers and Tetra Pak

•           Prepare annual marketing / category plan and drive execution of it

•           Gather, synthesize and apply (from global teams) multi-level understanding of the value chain and strengthen relationship to customer's marketing team and secure strategic alignment

•           Align products & services deployment plans with customer plans and drive the implementation through the customer plan execution

Drive marketing/category plan development in alignment with market and cluster initiatives

•           Identify market growth opportunities and lead the development of a category and product deployment plans

•           Participate in developing key account plans

•           Support account teams with articulating value propositions based on value chain profit analysis and value research

Support account-level marketing plan execution in alignment with market /cluster initiatives

•           Present market based growth opportunities/product concepts to customers to drive the implementation of the portfolio and category projects in respective Key Account Teams

•           Develop and implement tailored marketing services (package design, market research, channel strategy) programs for customers

•           Negotiate, execute & follow up PI Plan with customers

Qualifications and Experience:

 

•           University Degree business/engineering– MBA is preferred

•           FMCG background is preferred

•           Average of 3-5 years of experience in product management, marketing or strategy department of a multinational company.

•           Past experience in a consultancy company is an asset.

•           Fluency in English and Local language
