Job Summary

Upgrades Project Manager job within services organization for Maghreb markets. The major responsibilities will be process designing for Tetra Pak processing equipment's, project planning in SAP, Project schedule management, Project risk management, project execution management at site, project financial management and project closing for both Tetra Pak filling machines upgrades and processing equipment upgrade projects. 

What you will do

You will be responsible to manage three types of upgrade projects:

  • Pre-designed upgrade kits for Tetra Pak filling machines. 
  • Pre-designed upgrade kits for Tetra Pak processing equipment's. 
  • Process designing of Tetra Pak processing equipment's. In this case, engineering will be required using CAD/Pro designer software.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Preparing project cost calculation and quotation accurately 
  • Lead scope definition and break down, planning and controlling of the project’s budget and result.
  • Lead and manage contractual agreements with suppliers
  • Lead identification and managing of project scope changes
  • Lead identification, planning and controlling of project risks and opportunities
  • Lead stakeholder management including communication and reporting on project progress and KPI’s to stakeholders, internally as well as externally
  • Lead use of global processes, tools, applications, guidelines and templates
  • Create and lead the project organization, define roles and responsibilities and coordinate the project team to facilitate cooperation and team efficiency. 
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, share best practice
  • Travelling to different customer sites for project execution management

We believe you have

  • A Degree or equivalent.
  • 5-7 year's experience as process engineer, process commissioning engineer, process design or relevant. 
  • Project management experience will be considered as add on benefit. 
  • Experience in pre-designed upgrade kits for Tetra Pak filling machines. 
  • Experience in Pre-designed upgrade kits for Tetra Pak processing equipment's. 
  • Process designing of Tetra Pak processing equipment's. 
  • Experience on using CAD/Pro designer software.
  • Proven leadership experience in leading projects teams.
  • Good communication/presentation skills.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
