Description

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to be based in Algeria supporting the Maghreb region.

 

The responsibilities of the role would include:

 

  • Manage the designated key account(s) for which responsible - sales relationship management
  • Relevant industry mapping (within the assigned territory) and creation of prospection plan
  • Lead the sales to identified prospects in the assigned territory / business development
  • Identify the opportunities to increase customer profitability for a sustainable and profitable mutual growth
  • Propose the annual budget of the key accounts. Responsible for the results reached (Profit and Loss as regards Packaging, Equipment and Services)
  • Customer Management
  • Portfolio Deployment
  • Providing inputs to Marketing and Product Management (intelligence, portfolio requirements etc)

Qualifications

Graduation and post graduation on Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Engineering

Language skills : Fluency in French and English

Key Responsibilities

  1. Account Mangement - Together with the customer, drive the development and execution of Account plan. Agree on shared objectives and targets with the customer.Drive mutual sustainable growth.
  2. Relationship Management - Drive improved understanding of the customerand#39:s overall business (marketplace, channel, retailer, consumer, competitive environment, strategy, productivity, profitability and the across value chain) . Identify customer needs and drive opportunities in line with Tetra Pak global business strategy, category, portfolio, processing and TS plans. andnbsp: andnbsp:
  3. Sales Forecasting (CE and PM planning): Secure accurate Sales Forecasting for assigned Account. Ensure that Account receivable expectations are met for Account
  4. Value Selling: Drive execution of sales targets for packaging solutions and processing. Opportunity Pipeline Management Execution .andnbsp:
  5. Coordinate cross functional activities: Ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, and the resolution is accepted by the customer.
  6. Portfolio Deployment: . Ensure that the relevant Tetra Pak portfolio is deployed and delivers a strong value proposition
