Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Intern to join Tetra Pak factory based in Spain, Sevilla. This is a paid 6-month internship, contracted through the Business School or University agreement; therefore, a valid student status is a must for this position.
We are looking for a candidate who is an active university student and eligible to work for the entire duration of the internship.
What you will do
As a Production Intern at Tetra Pak (Sevilla, Spain), you will:
- Be responsible for checking and managing the daily needs to cover the full manpowership of production shifts. This includes daily contact with the different temporary work companies with which we collaborate.
- Update and maintain all the reports / information derived from the management of the different temporary work companies with which we collaborate:
- List of employees
- Qualification
- Skills for different production operator roles
- Be responsible for the management and organization of training for new production operators when the need arises. This includes collaboration with Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, ... to assess training needs.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to understand and support them with their staff needs of trained collaborators.
- Develop key skills throughout the internship, including communication, initiative, teamwork and self-learning.
We believe you have
- You are a student in Labour Services, Labour relations and Human Resources, or equivalent
- You are fluent in Spanish
- Your MS Office skills are at an average level (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- You have good communication skills and are able to work independently as well as part of a team, with a structured and organized approach.
- You are administrative, organized, systematic, consistent, and results-oriented with a strong personal drive.
