Job Summary
This internship offers postgraduate students from the Máster Universitario en Seguridad Integral en la Industria y Prevención de Riesgos Laborales the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the Safety, Health & Environment (OHSE) Department at the Tetra Pak Closures factory in Sevilla.
The role will involve supporting the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of OHSE standards, legal compliance, industrial risk prevention, emergency preparedness, and sustainability initiatives within a highperformance manufacturing environment.
What you will do
Safety & Health
- Risk assessments, incident investigations, and OHSE inspections.
- Contractor management and SDS/chemical safety updates.
- Awareness campaigns and basic safety trainings.
Environment
- Monitoring waste, spills, and resource use.
- Updating environmental KPIs and supporting ISO 14001 tasks.
- Helping with internal/external audit preparation.
Emergency & BCP
- Improving ERP/BCP, supporting drills, and documenting lessons learned.
Documentation & Compliance
- Updating OHSE procedures, supporting WCM activities, and tracking legal compliance.
We believe you have
- Active enrolment in the Máster Universitario en Seguridad Integral en la Industria y PRL (Universidad de Sevilla).
- Strong interest in occupational safety, industrial risk prevention and environmental protection.
- Ability to interpret and apply OHSE regulations in an industrial context.
- High level of written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication abilities and willingness to interact with different levels of the organisation.
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 or other management systems is a plus.
