Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2024 at our site in Seville. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the programme you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. In this organization, your activities will be focusing on the overall reliability of equipment, promoting the development of Preventive & Planned Maintenance (WCM/Lean manufacturing) methodology. The Programme starts in September 2024. The position is located in Seville, Spain.

What you will do

Additional Materials Closures is a part of Tetra Pak that produces closures and manages the distribution of moulding materials, adhesives and tabstrips used for Tetra Pak Packaging Systems all over the world. Additional Materials Closures have production plants in Spain, Italy, France, Mexico and Thailand. The closure factory in Seville is Tetra Pak Closures Spain S.L.U.

In this role you will be developed in these 5 areas:

•    Automation
You will have responsibilities related to PLC programming of manufacturing equipment and industrial network. Automation project management will be also part of your future role. 
•    Data Science
You will lead or collaborate in the manufacturing information systems projects, beside this you will be also involved in the implementation of global applications in collaboration with the Central Team.
•    OT (Operational Technology)
Your responsibilities will also include monitoring and/or control physical devices with the use of hardwares and softwares. 
•    Digitalization
You will collaborate in the digitalization process to reduce time reporting, improve data visualization, conditions monitoring and data analytics to take better and faster decisions.
•    WCM (World class manufacturing)
You will collaborate and lead WCM Teams and activities in order to eradicate failure or defect modes to reduce different losses (breakdowns, waste, short stops...).

We believe you have

•    Recently graduated with Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering
•    Fluent Spanish and English language knowledge 
•    Knowledge on automation and digital equipment
•    Have data analysis skills 
•    Ability to work effectively in Team with different departments and suppliers
•    Innovative mindset, you are a fast thinker and like to solve problems
•    Passionate about what you do
•    Basic knowledge on Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Sharepoint, flow. Also, SAP is highly valued
