Job Summary

Provide accurate information for financial reporting. works within established procedures and pratices with a limited degree of supervision

What you will do

  • First line support to GC travel team, raise ticket and find global support if could not solve.
  • Review all Release Notes /GAPS and study with GC travel team
  • Quarterly review and update training material/Q&A with GC travel team Leader
  • Monthly delivery special attention points on or before 15th on Concur/Travel Policy/daily operation or other related, include but not only new update, new requirement, end user questions, return report with high error rate; suggest improvement idea and join Global T&E meeting
  • Invoice management: Effective issuance of e-invoicing and upload data back to SAP, Handle returned invoice and credit note, any invoice issue related to customer
  • Support team leader to drive continuing improvement and join or lead PSM project.
  • Delivery automation tool and AI case
  • Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by team leader.
  • Other related finance and accounting activities.

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s degree, Major in accounting or economic related.
  • 1 year working experience for MNC
  • Fluent in English both in writing and speaking.
  • Good skills in SAP, strong skills in Power BI and Power Automate, KNIME coding skills is preferred
  • Good communication, interpersonal and conflict management skills
  • Effective, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, being proactive and thinking logically
  • Being patient and with good teamwork spirit

Minimum Education

High school and 2-3 years vocational training or equivalent
