Account Manager

We are looking for an Expert who will lead one or more than one account, and build up strong customer relationship to achieve sustainable growth by identifying and capturing short, medium and long term business opportunities. Drives sales of our full portfolio - PM, CE, AM and TS. Develop and drive execution of strategic and operational market company plan aligned to Tetra Pak and customer business objectives.

Who You Are

We believe you have:

  • Bachelor degree with major in commerce, marketing or engineering
  • At least 2 years working experience in sales and marketing in MNC. FMCG industry background and/or account management experience in B2B industry is a plus. 
  • Strong demonstration of Value Selling
  • Fluent spoken and written English, excellent presentation skills
  • Good analytical skills and strong business sense
  • Mature, outgoing, and good leadership potential
  • Self-driven and able to work independently to drive thing through.

What You Will Do

As Account Manager,you will;

  • Support customer issue resolution, ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, and the resolution is accepted by the customer
  • Participating in identifying market growth opportunities aligned with our business strategy and prioritized growth initiatives, deploying and executing value-driven activities
  • Forecasting & planning: liaise with CSRs on demand projections and validate the customer forecast to achieve the overall sales target.
  • Working closely with customers to develop multi-level understanding of the customer’s entire value chain, strengthen and maintain a close relationship to customer, secure the strategic alignment and deliver the best value by identifying customer         needs
  • Develops and drives the planning & execution of Account Plans aligned to Tetra Pak’s strategy based on analysis of the market covering customer needs and demands along the entire value chain.
  • Drive and support specific operational and customer management activities / projects, follow-up on implementation with relevant stakeholders for key projects
