Job Summary

As a Sales Support Specialist in Ice Cream Upgrades, you will be responsible for selling ice cream upgrades to a specific market. Your role involves analyzing customer needs and collaborating with our engineering team to develop tailored technical solutions.
You will drive the sales process in partnership with market operations and engage directly with customers to ensure their requirements are understood and met effectively.
Additionally, you will work closely with the Upgrades Product Manager, taking on product specialist responsibilities such as developing the product portfolio, training market operations, and promoting our solutions to customers.

The position is based in Aarhus, Denmark. Traveling required 20-50 days per a year. 

What you will do

Create Quotations for Ice Cream Upgrades:

  • Understand customer needs, align expectations, and manage stakeholders across the organization throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to develop customized solutions
  • Communicate technical solutions effectively to market operations and directly to customers

Provide Technical Expertise:

  • Offer technical assistance and guidance to market operations
  • Participate in and lead customer visits to explore sales opportunities and proactively promote our upgrades portfolio

Undertake Product Specialist Responsibilities (20–40% of your time):

  • Drive selected development projects for product improvement and innovation
  • Participate in site visits to validate new products and their performance
  • Identify field test customers and work directly with them to deploy new products
  • Explore and identify potential new upgrade products within the ice cream industry
  • Collaborate with the Upgrades Product Manager on tasks such as internal training, developing sales materials, and creating customer presentations

We believe you have

  • Ability to travel 20-50 days per year
  • Flair for combining technical knowledge with a commercial understanding
  • Experience with technical complex solutions
  • Speaking and writing Danish will be an advange, but English at a high level is a must
  • Strong cooperation and communication skills
  • A positive and flexible approach, so you come across as service minded and with good communication skills, enabling you to have positive dialogues with your colleagues both in-house and in the market companies
