Job Summary

Do you have a passion for service and support and are you looking for a job in an international company? As our team assistant, you will support the Filtration unit with various tasks, primarily administrative tasks related to travel and internal team work. Are you empathetic, good at communicating, and thrive in a varied workday? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
 

Location:
Tetra Pak Processing Systems A/S in Silkeborg (soon moving to Aarhus), Denmark

 

 

What you will do

  • Support colleageus with travel arrangements and assistance with travel expense reports, visa applications and work permits.
  • Maintain intranet pages and publish internal information via info screens and newsletters
  • Various administrative tasks – e.g. take minutes in team meetings, manage different documents, maintain task list in team).
  • Coordinate minor internal projects.
     

We believe you have

Professional Competencies:

  • High-level English proficiency
  • Good communicator, fluent in Danish
  • Experience with travel booking and visa applications
  • Good IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, SAP Concur)
  • Good at coordinating and maintaining an overview
  • Experience working in an international organization

Education: We imagine you have an education in administration and/or languages, e.g., a bachelor's degree in international business communication, office assistant in the travel industry, coordinator, or similar, and preferably with some years of experience with administrative work and/or experience from a travel agency

  • Can work independently and keep an overview of many types of tasks and prioritize your time

  • Proactive and solution-oriented with a constructive approach to challenges
  • Structured and systematic
  • Can take responsibility for completing tasks – act as a liaison
  • Able to work in detail, but not perfectionistic
