Job Summary
Our organization is growing at a high pace, that’s why we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Field Service Engineer to join our team.
In this role you will be a part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for delivering technical products and support to our customers by providing preventive maintenance and technical services. You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company’s reputation for commitment and service worldwide. That’s why we consider this role to be of great importance.
The position is permanent and located in Denmark (Tetra Pak Danmark AS). The position entails 60-70% (depending on personal location) travelling.
What you will do
- Liaison with customers to establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship as well as follow-up with customers' concerns and problems
- Provide installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services on Tetra Pak Packaging Equipment’s as well as to drive continuous improvement at the customer's plant
- Carry out the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and control systems.
- Manage Service reporting, admin and documentation related to activities.
- Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements and promote a safe working culture in the team
We believe you have
- Technical education
- Self-driven mentality and independent personality with the ability to work autonomous or in 2-3 man teams.
- Practical experience within mechanical, electrical or mechatronic fields
- Fluent both in written and spoken Danish and good English
- Experience in automation and PLC systems is an advantage
You are a person who gets energized by making things happen. You have excellent communication skills and building relationships is something that comes naturally to you. You are driven by customer-centricity and your strength is having a strong business acumen.
