Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

We are now extending the team and we are looking for Senior Project Manager to operate within PSE Food Solutions. You will work in a dynamic environment taking on the overall responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery of our larger high-risk commercial projects to our customers with cross-functional engineering teams within Cheese, Ice-cream and Evaporation and Dryer projects.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of the project management office within Processing Solution and Equipment category Food. 
In your role as Senior Project Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery of the project on time, within budget and to the agreed quality to meet project scope, objectives, and business requirements.
You will be the main contact person for our customers and partly to sub-contractors within our customer’s projects located at a global arena, 

This is a permanent position ideally based in Aarhus (Denmark), Budaörs (Hungary) Olsztyn, or Warsaw (Poland)  but alternatively, it can be based in any other Tetra Pak Processing location in the Europe Time zone.

You will report directly to the Center of Expertise manager Processing Solutions & Equipment. 
Travels are up to 25-50 % of your time on a yearly basis. 

What you will do

As Senior Project Manager, you will work in a dynamic environment managing our large (>20MEur) and/or high-risk commercial projects to our customers with cross-functional teams. You will be part of the project management office within Processing Solution and Equipment. As a Senior Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery of the project on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality to meet project scope, objectives, and business requirements.

You will focus on
•    Define, communicate, and manage project scope, risks, objectives, and deliverables based on contractual agreement and stakeholders’ requirements 
•    Manage customer and their expectations, being responsible for customer satisfaction and post-project calculation. 
•    Manage stakeholder management on all levels from low to senior level management, both internally and externally
•    Build effective high-performance project team, manage delegation, motivation, and coordination
•    Coordination of the construction site activities in support of the customer
•    Processing of "variation orders" towards customers and effectively managing changes along the way. 
•    Coach project team and other project managers to secure competence transfer and development

Building and maintaining successful relations with stakeholders comes naturally to you. Furthermore, you are an excellent communicator and have strong and informal authority, and easily work cross-functionally with people on all levels and cultures. 

You have a University degree in engineering or equalling experience documented and a very strong track record of project management (> 8 years of managing large projects and diversified teams), likely in commercial projects. You are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing, knowledge in other languages is a plus.
