Job Summary

Tetra Pak Filtration Solutions in Silkeborg is searching for a motivated sales support candidate with the courage to also take on technical challenges. You will report to our Service Sales Manager and be part of a team of experienced colleagues. In cooperation with the relevant product owners, your primary task is to structure and drive the further development of our upgrade and expert services portfolio, and together with the service manager set the strategy for promoting and selling those products. You will also coordinate and follow up on site service and troubleshooting related to membrane sales in general.

You will be based in Denmark, Silkeborg. NB: Our Silkeborg office will move to Aarhus, Denmark during 2025. 

What you will do

  • You will be the main point of contact for customers, Sales Managers, and external colleagues regarding upgrades of the installed base, Technical Sales (TS) Coordinator of site service
  • Drive the creation of a Filtration solutions upgrade package (automation, environment and energy) 
  • Provide support to end customers and colleagues in Tetra Pak market companies
  • Drive pro­active technical sales and service with primary focus on upgrades
  • Be an anchor in the further development of our TS filtration upgrade portfolio
  • Be the coordinator of TS related claims/ issues concerning membranes and upgrades
  • Travel expected 25­-50 days per year

We believe you have

  • An eye for the opportunities in sales
  • Flair for combining technical knowledge & sense of business
  • Experience in project management
  • Acquainted with membrane filtration plants and their use or acquainted with processing plants
  • Experience with site support and customer contact is an advantage
  • Speak and write Danish will be an advantage, but English at a high level is a must
  • Strong corporation and communication skills are needed
