To support our continuous growth and the development of our market position, we are now offering this excellent opportunity for a sales professional with dairy processing knowledge and commercial flair to join our team based in Denmark.

You will be based in Aarhus, Denmark.

What you will do

As our new Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and developing your own geographical sales area, cooperating closely with the local Tetra Pak market companies, our customers, the sales team, and your colleagues in other teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and actively develop long-term relations with our customers and market companies
  • Listen to, understand, and analyze customer needs
  • Design solutions and prepare business proposals
  • Participate in customer meetings to present our suggested solutions
  • Plan and run customer seminars, training, and presentations
  • Technical support to customers and Tetra Pak market companies
  • Active follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and customer satisfaction
  • Handle receipt of orders and handover to our project department
  • Reach budget goals and contribute to our growth ambitions
  • You will be traveling up to 50 days per year.

We believe you have

  • Relevant educational background, e.g. B.Sc. Dairy Technology or Dairy Technician
  • Experience in dairy processing and have strong knowledge of membrane filtration
  • You are truly customer-oriented and seek all opportunities for selling value for our customers
  • Ability to see opportunities and understand market trends
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with different people from different cultures
  • Technical curiosity but do also have a commercial interest when coming to customer needs
  • You are fluent in business English.
  • Great drive, result-oriented, structured, and disciplined
  • Outgoing personality with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Constantly looking to improve professional and personal performance
  • Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues and build relationships.
