Job Summary
Within Tetra Pak Processing Systems A/S we are seeking a skilled Safety & Health Coordinator to drive our S&H activities. Our focus is on continuous improvement of our culture to secure that we meet our vision of Zero Accidents and Work-related Injuries.
Your task will be to ensure that appropriate systems and procedures are in place and implemented to comply with legal and corporate working environment and safety requirements for work carried out at our sites in Aarhus and Aalborg and on customer sites.
You will have a broad network internally both in our production facilities, office staff and employees working abroad, with management, with our working environment organisation and with your safety & health colleague. You will join our World Class Management organisation and participate in cross-functional teams and activities.
Traveling required up to 20 days per a year.
What you will do
- Maintain the high standard of safety and health according to our corporate safety and health policy
- Implement new corporate standards and requirements and create and implement corporate and local procedures and standards
- Drive and develop our safety culture to deliver a positive safety behaviour
- Lead and drive the working environment organisations and related legal tasks
- Lead, drive and participate in our continuous improvement activities and initiatives
- Plan, create and deliver training to the organization
- Provide advice and guidance
- Analyse and report incidents
- Report and monitor KPI’s. Initiate and take actions when appropriate
- Carry out risk assessments and set-up control measures
- Perform audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of our safety programme
- Monitor legal requirements and implement needed changes.

We believe you have
You may have a background as safety & health coordinator, member of working environment organisation, engineer or something else, and with relevant safety & health education/training/experience and an interest in driving and improving safety and health in an organisation with many different functions and safety and health aspects.
Your approach to your tasks is analytic, systematic, persistent but patient, and result driven. You are capable of prioritizing and working with details as well as creating the overview.
You come across as pragmatic, proactive by nature, engaged, targeted and are experienced with driving and implementing changes.
You are a positive team player and are able to involve, engage and motivate people around you.
You have good communication skills and communicate with the rest of the organisation in a natural and respectful way and are a natural informal leader.
You have good digital skills and skills in Danish and English, written as well as spoken.
