Job Summary

The Customer Service Operations team is part of the Tetra Pak Services organisation, and we are now looking for a driven and customer-oriented Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Denmark and Tetra Pak Danmark A/S. You will be responsible to deliver technical products and support to our customers by providing corrective, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting services. 

The position is office based and will be part of a bigger international team. We deliver technical services all over Denmark and within North Europe when needed. You will report to the Service Delivery Manager for Denmark. The position entails 60-70% (depending on personal location) travelling.

What you will do

  • As Maintenance Engineer, you will: 
  • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers. 
  • Handle their technical support queries, and follow-up on their concerns and/or problems.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Carry out the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and control systems.
  • Manage installations of Upgrade kits and Solution kits.
  • Manage all reporting and documentation related to activities.

We believe you have

 

  • Some experience from working in a Technical Services environment. Having a basic knowledge of a machine system is a bonus (A3 Flex & DE)
  • You have a technical education or interest
  • Good level of analytical problem-solving methodology. 
  • Understanding of PLC’s, RS Studio 5000, RS Linx, RS Networks, as part of skill set for trouble shooting and upgrade implementation, will be considered an advantage
  • You possess good English skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in using MS Office tools.
  • You are willing to travel 60-70% of your working time.
  • Driving license

To build and maintain long term relations with internal and external stakeholders comes natural to you, and you communicate clearly and effectively on different levels in an international organization. 

To be successful in this position, you need to be flexible and dynamic when planning or to handle changes in the customer environments. You will handle complex tasks autonomously, having the ability to work in stressful and time-bound situations.
