The Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and Tetra Pak organization. During the program, you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. 

With more than 70 years of experience in Ice Cream equipment and solutions, we are looking for a Business Developer that is curious, proactive, and eager to try innovative ways of supporting our Ice Cream Services business globally while adding value to the customers. In this position, you will support the introduction of new Ice Cream Services products to existing markets and customers, with opportunity identification, development, selling process and performance analysis of ongoing business. With high external awareness, you will work to understand the customer's pains and needs and translate it into the products’ success. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

The position is based in Aarhus, Denmark and you will be travelling approx. 10-20% of your time. 

What you will do

As a Business Developer, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a new product launch and your main responsibilities will be:

• Developing and maintaining customers’ opportunities pipeline
• Driving execution of product validation tests in different countries as part of the global development and sales process to expand the service solutions portfolio
• Managing (technical) questions from market about product performance and recommendations
• Driving and supporting establishment of commercial guidelines and framework, i.e. pricing guidelines, commercial terms, legal agreements of service solutions to be offered in the cluster, ensuring the alignment to global standards
• Participating in the preparation of promotional material sending to market operations and to customers
• Executing administrative activities in own area of responsibility, delivering high-quality service to the relevant stakeholders, with consistent communication and efficiency, resulting in high level of satisfaction
• Participating in strong collaboration between service administration teams to provide continuous effective administration and backup solutions

We believe you have

• Recently completed (in 2024 or 2025) or are close to completing (in 2026) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar fields
• A solid, professional personality and the ability to build and use networks
• Strong analytical and commercial mind-set .
• A true finisher and have the ability to work independently.
• A team player with outstanding communication skills.
• Experience from studies or work abroad is considered as an advantage.
• Very good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, Danish language skills as a benefit.
• Residency in Denmark
