Job Summary

We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Installation Supervisor to manage site activities for Tetra Pak’s Processing Solutions & Equipment business in Europe. In this position, you will be a part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for overseeing the entire installation process, ensuring project completion within the time, budget and quality, while also maintaining strong customer relationship.  

You will travel extensively across Europe to customer sites in the Cheese, Evaporators and Dryer sectors.  

You can be based in Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, or another EU country as an option.  

We encourage applications from all qualified candidates and are particularly interested in those who possess an European passport, as the role involves frequent travel within Europe without visa restrictions.

What you will do

  • Contribute to project planning and site preparations 
  • Manage internal and subcontracted companies in accordance with a local work regulations 
  • Monitor the progress of the installation, ensuring timelines and milestones are met 
  • Inspect and verify the quality of work performed by the installation team 
  • Perform troubleshooting during the installation process 
  • Conduct a thorough final inspection of the installed systems or equipment accordingly to TP and customer standards 
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards 

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field 
  • 3-5 years of work experience as an engineer / mechanical / electrical or similar technical background 
  • Good overall technical knowledge in the required competence areas 
  • Good communicator with the ability to clearly express, convey and collaborate with customer, sub-suppliers, and project team 
  • Self-driven, highly motivated personality 
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team 
  • Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Project, Email, etc.  
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and consistently deliver to a deadline 
  • Maintain a safe working environment around you and others 
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of German, French, Italian or Spanish language is an additional asset 
  • Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites (up to 80%)
