Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Support Manager to join our Tetra Pak Scanima team and be part of Tetra Pak’s growth journey in High Shear Mixers. Tetra Pak Scanima is a leading provider of innovative mixing solutions for the food, dairy, beverage and ice cream industries. 

What you will do

  • Leading and developing a team of 8 Sales Support Specialists who support and drive sales of complex High Shear Mixers
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with Market operations, Business Sector sales Support Hubs, indirect channels, and end customers, and ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Contributing to the strategic direction and operational excellence of Tetra Pak Scanima as part of the management team and the site management team in Aalborg, Denmark, where you will be based
  • Travelling approximately 50 days per year to support sales activities, customer visits and trade shows
  • Protect margins by performing rigorous risk assessments and cost calculations for ETO sales opportunities
  • Be accountable for Sales forecast

We believe you have

  • 5+ years of people management and technical, complex sales experience
  • High career goals and proven track record of consistently meeting sales commitments
  • Strong commercial and strategic skills and political confidence
  • Good at working in a multinational company and across cultures
  • Decisive, delegating, and empowering leader
  • Food industry experience is valued
  • Flexible with time zones
  • Very good project management skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and structured, with strong customer focus
  • Good at multitasking and prioritizing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English, Danish is a plus
