You join our team in Aalborg. Here we work with the construction of mixing plants for the food industry worldwide. We are specialists in solutions that cover our customers' needs for innovative quality solutions. What you will do
Quality Management System (QMS) Responsibilities:
- Continuous follow up of our compliance to; ISO 9001:2015; Quality Priorities, Quality policy, Tetra Pak requirements, Processes.
- Management Review:
- Audit Management:
- Process Documentation:
Environmental Responsibilities:
- Legislation Compliance:
- Risk Assessment and Emergency Preparedness:
- Coordinate waste handling needs with external partners.
Other Areas of Responsibility / Internal cross functional projects:
- Analyze gaps and perform root cause analysis using SAP and Matrix.
- Maintain Master Data and spare parts data.
- Drive optimization & cross functional projects to improve overall quality.
- Support the Director in organizing and structuring the team, ensuring effective communication and documentation of decisions and actions.
- Travelling approximately 20 days per year to support different activities.
We believe you have
Professional skills:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Strategy, Business administration or Engineering
- Acquired a good familiarity with the ISO standards, including audit, processes and management review skills.
- Strong project management skills
- Strong Stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within the food / dairy industry is an advantage.
- Familiar with ERP systems (SAP)
- Excellent English and Danish skills, both orally and in writing.

- You are a team player who is flexible in his thinking and can create collaboration across the organization both internally and externally.
- You are trustworthy, collaborative and contribute to an open forum for knowledge sharing among you and your colleagues.
- At the same time, you are motivated by responsibility, a high professional level, complex issues and by solving these together.
- You always strive for high quality and know how to convey your results and your professional knowledge in a visible way to customers and colleagues.
- Currently you are eligible to work in Denmark.
