We are recruiting for a

Project Manager


You will report to our Operations Manager and be part of a team of experienced colleagues working in a truly international environment.

Your primary task will be to manage commercial projects as well as doing the engineering part of the projects.




  • Managing and running projects in close co-operation with our customers and Tetra Pak regional offices worldwide
  • Being responsible for scope, budget, deadlines and quality of the project
  • Ensuring communication with suppliers and customers
  • Performing detailed engineering of plants and process lines in AutoCAD and other tools
  • Purchasing components and services
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, changes and issues
  • Follow up on technical issues and secure a solution covering the interests of customer and Tetra Pak
  • Negotiate deviations and variation orders with the customers
  • Coordinate installation and commissioning
The ideal candidate


  • Relevant background, e.g. mechanical engineer, marine engineer or similar
  • Project management skills and maybe exams
  • Acquainted with processing plants for the food industry, preferably within dairy. However, we are also interested in applications from newly graduated engineers
  • True team player with excellent communication skills
  • Combining technical knowledge with a good sense of business
  • Outgoing, independent and flexible
  • Result-oriented and an analytical approach 
  • Ability to stay organized and to work structured
  • Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues, customers and suppliers 
  • Speak and write Danish and English at a high level, German skills are appreciated
  • Working out 3D layout in Inventor is an advantage
