For the head office of our ice cream business, Aarhus Denmark we are recruiting for a 

Personal Assistant


to support our management team on administrative tasks, minor projects as well as communication requirements.
The position reports to the Managing Director, Tetra Pak Business Stream Ice Cream.



Tetra Pak Ice Cream Solutions is the world’s leading supplier to the industrial ice cream manufacturing industry. We design, manufacture and supply equipment for the entire process of ice cream production from our global manufacturing sites. Our offering covers our customers end to end needs with equipment, production lines, services and ingredients. 



  • General calendar management
  • Organising meetings – booking, minutes, material collection and filing
  • Practical tasks in connection with visits from customers and larger delegations
  • Facilitating and organising larger arrangements – internal & external
  • Supporting and participating management & board meetings
  • Sparring in connection with general tasks and internal projects in the organisation
  • Project management of smaller internal projects
  • Communication with customers, collaborators and international departments
  • Support in developing presentations and official communication material
  • Maintaining structure on comprehensive cases and follow up on appointments
  • Proof-reading on documents and communication material in Danish and English (German)
  • Support on travel arrangements – transportation and accommodation



  • Experienced personal assistant or similar, preferable from a larger international company
  • Super-user in Microsoft Office
  • You put an honour in delivering high quality and always follows your tasks to successful finalisation
  • Strong in planning with a high structure and tidiness in everything you do
  • You have strong communication skills both verbally and in writing – Danish & English (German)
  • Preserves the overview and is prepared to do a difference by supplying a high service level
  • You are a positive person who handles routine and manual tasks with the same strong drive as for large and complex assignments
  • You have strong collaboration skills and enjoy sharing your experience with your colleagues as well as supporting them in peak load situations
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with many different tasks during the week
