Job Summary

As a Master Data Maintainer, you will be primarily responsible to execute Master Data activities for the Packaging Equipment. Assure Master Data consistency versus Tetra Pak’s corporate standards, working methods, processes, and legal requirements.
 

What you will do

  • Enter and maintain Equipment Master Data to the Data System (material and document masters, BoM, ECM, export control values, hygienic demand values, etc.) both mechanical, electrical and software, according to corporate standards and product specification

  • Create dependencies for BoM, TPMS tasks list (Tetra Pak Maintenance System) and RK (Rebuilding Kit).

  • Create and maintain Product Configurations for Equipment.

  • Manage Rebuilding Kit classification.

  • Support the equipment organisation with needed Master Data extractions.

  • Lead, promote commonality and suggest improvements in tools, processes, and working methods of the competence area.

  • Secure the data collection and consistency for the Master Data activities of the Packaging Equipment

We believe you have

  • You hold a university degree in Engineering.

  • You are fluent in English both spoken and written.

  • Knowledge of Italian and/or Swedish will be considered a plus.

  • You have 2-3 years of experience working in a R&D environment such as Food Packaging, Automotive, Rail or process industry where you have executed Master Data activities.

  • You are a structured person that follows scrupulously the procedures, the methods, and the standards.

  • You are experienced in the use of SAP/R3 ECC and Excel

  • As a person we expect you to be open-minded and team player, able to create good relationship at a professional level sharing your knowledge with others, exchanging information, and supporting colleagues to achieve personal and team goals. You have a passion for product quality. You have good drive skills and can take initiatives managing tasks and activities independently, taking decision within the defined area of responsibility. Beside this you have good analytical skills, you are clear in communication and can manage complexity and ambiguity.
